Vision Statement: To create a transformative space for Black women to connect, heal, and grow, addressing unique challenges and fostering a legacy of empowerment and well-being.

Founder Bio

Tasia Richards is the founder and Executive Director of Honour Her Society, an organization dedicated to empowering Black women through mentorship, health and wellness initiatives, and celebration. A resilient cancer warrior and passionate advocate, Tasia’s journey is deeply rooted in her experiences navigating systemic challenges as a Black woman.

Her advocacy began during her personal battle with cancer, where she witnessed firsthand the disparities Black women face in accessing quality healthcare and mental health resources. These experiences shaped her mission to address the gaps in support and create a platform that uplifts and empowers Black women across all aspects of their lives.

Tasia is an advocate and a leader who believes in the power of sisterhood and shared growth. She believes in celebrating the unique strengths of Black women and fostering a community that inspires courage, resilience, and achievement.
